What to bring.

required equipment list for all participants.

  • Water bottle

  • Training log and pen or app

  • Zero-drop/Low drop shoes: Vanz, Chucks, Nanos...etc

  • Training clothes: Shorts, T-shirts, Socks, Sports bras...etc.

  • OPTIONAL (but suggested) Simple stop watch (or watch with a stopwatch function)  I like G-shock watches.

Don't even think about it: Soft "running" shoes or Jeans
